Men are often seen as strong and brave in real life, but they also have their own pain and exhaustion. It’s not just life that can crush a man, but these three things.

Recently, a friend shared his story with me. His company had major issues, employees were about to leave, and the crisis was escalating. The pressure led him to insomnia and relying on medication to sleep, almost reaching the brink of a breakdown. He said, “What can crush a person is not difficulties in life, but emotions. When emotions reach a breaking point and are not handled correctly, collapse is inevitable.”

Emotions

They say what crushes people isn’t life, but emotions. When a man faces the pressure of work and life, his hidden distress can lead to a breakdown. Men may seem strong, but they have vulnerabilities too. When they can’t handle the pressure, their hearts grow weary. Without support, trust, and understanding, their hearts become heavier in this cruel reality.

Emotional Pain

Men are said to be unfeeling, but they have their vulnerabilities in love too. A fan once wrote to me about his first love. They spent eight years together, but she eventually married someone else. Despite his efforts, their relationship deteriorated, leading to a painful breakup. Seeing her marry someone else after eight years was heartbreaking, a stark reminder of lost youth and unfulfilled love.

Family Conflicts

Family conflicts can greatly affect a person. A harmonious family is the foundation for striving and working hard. Conflicts like in-law issues, parenting problems, and marital discord can suffocate a man. If a family is ridden with conflicts and pressures, it becomes a hindrance to their life. Without basic harmony, how can a family truly be happy?

In reality, responsible men face these pressures. Emotions suffocate them, emotional pain leaves regrets, and family conflicts exhaust them. Men deserve more understanding. Life is tough for everyone, and men carry additional responsibilities. Women should offer more understanding and respect to men, providing them support in times of weariness.
